experience in auditing, compliance, systems design and commercial management, Crystal combines big-picture think
with meticulous attention to detail. As a proud Aboriginal woman and co-founder, she leads with integrity and vision
ensuring every aspect of the business reflects Phlat Rail’s core values, performance, purpose and accountability. Her ability
to structure, scale and future-proof operations gives the business a unique edge in a highly competitive market.

As CEO of Phlat Rail, Alex Dennis brings over a decade of industry expertise and a strong reputation for project
leadership across Australia’s East Coast. A proud Aboriginal man, Alex is widely respected for his hands-on approach,
proven performance, and unwavering commitment to client success. Under his leadership, Phlat Rail is setting new
benchmarks in delivery excellence and cultivating performance-driven partnerships that reflect integrity, innovation,
and long-term value.

Ross Oostendorp brings over a decade of rail and civil operations experience, with a reputation for building strong
teams, tight programs and safe, compliant worksites. From major shutdowns to long-term maintenance contracts,
Ross has delivered on some of the country’s most demanding projects. His strength lies in aligning the right people,
plant and systems to the job — driving productivity while ensuring zero harm. Ross plays a critical role in
embedding Phlat Rail’s high-performance culture on the ground and is a key enabler of our delivery excellence.
